¾ cup of flour
¾ cup whole wheat flour

Direction for Crust:
To make the crust, first mix the dry ingredients flour and salt evenly. This helps the dough to be smooth and prevent any lumps.

Use a roller to form the dough into a disk shape. Then keep it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Mince your fake meat and shape it like a firm patty as you like.
Take out your Tofu from the freezer and drain it. Cut slices out of tofu then using a 3″ ring or mason jar lid to cut out circles. Also cut out 1.5″ egg yolk circle where you will be adding the JUST Egg.
Season your tofu with a pinch of black salt. Heat a nonstick pan to medium heat and add one tablespoon of butter. place tofu then pour in just egg into yolk hole and fill half way Stir “yolk” with pan to help scramble in yolk hole. Flip the tofu “egg” scramble again then fill the rest of the way up. Keep cooking until the egg is fully cooked. Remove egg from heat and add to the burger bun.

Preheat the Oven
Firstly preheat your oven at 325 degree fahrenheit. prepare the oven safe bowls and deep dish you are going to use for your creme blue.
Cooking the Custard
Take a blender and mix all the ingredients in it and blend till they are thoroughly combined.
Pour the mixture in a medium cookware and cook on medium heat. Keep Stirring during the whole cooking time using a wooden spoon or silicone spatula. This prevents the custard from getting burnt. It may take 4 to 5 minutes for the custard to thicken to the expected texture.
